Our power porridge is made completely by hand with super clean ingredients such as almond meal, chia seeds and coconut. This one is flavoured using cinnamon and absolutely no fruit or added sugar. The sugar content you see on the nutritional panel is from the naturally occurring sugars inside the almonds and coconut. What we do know is that it is nutrient dense and absolutely delicious.
